Knotty Lani is a handmade fashion brand specializing in crochet clothing, accessories, statement pieces, digital crochet patterns, and other creative products.

Our brand celebrates handmade craftsmanship, individuality, playful nostalgia, and expressive fashion.

You don't need to dress up to stand out.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

3. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Many Knotty Lani products are handmade, hand-crocheted, made in small batches, or made to order.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur in:

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, yarn dye lots, and other factors outside of our control.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that every device will display colors or textures identically.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Some items may be limited edition, made in small batches, available only during certain releases, or made to order.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products available to any individual, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

We may also discontinue a product at any time.

5. PRICING

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, system, or human error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order, subject to applicable law.

Discounts, promotions, coupon codes, and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Knotty Lani is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Certain Knotty Lani products are made specifically after an order is placed.

Processing and crafting times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Handmade production times may vary based on order volume, materials availability, product complexity, and other circumstances.

By purchasing a made-to-order product, you acknowledge that production may not begin until after your order has been confirmed.

Custom and personalized orders may not be changed or canceled after production has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, sizing information, color selections, customization details, names, wording, or other requested information.

Knotty Lani is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, holidays, labor interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

When an unexpected delay occurs, we will handle the affected order in accordance with applicable law.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for securing the package generally transfers to the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

9. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color or variation

  • Incorrect customer-provided measurements

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Minor handmade variations

  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Made-to-order products that have entered production

Please carefully review all product information, sizing details, colors, processing times, and order information before completing your purchase.

10. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We want you to receive your Knotty Lani product in good condition.

If your physical item arrives damaged or contains a genuine manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange by contacting us within 90 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please provide:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect

Requests are reviewed individually.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, failure to follow care instructions, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or damage occurring after delivery may not qualify for an exchange.

Approved exchanges are subject to product and material availability. When an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer another reasonable resolution at our discretion and as permitted by applicable law.

11. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND CROCHET PATTERNS

Knotty Lani may sell downloadable crochet patterns, PDFs, instructional materials, and other digital content.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately, all digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Please review the product description and required skill level before purchasing.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchased digital file, contact us for assistance.

Purchasing a Knotty Lani digital pattern gives you a limited, personal-use license to use the pattern. It does not transfer ownership of the pattern or its intellectual property rights to you.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may not:

  • Resell the pattern

  • Redistribute the pattern

  • Share the complete pattern publicly or privately

  • Upload the pattern to another website or platform

  • Reproduce the pattern for commercial redistribution

  • Claim the pattern as your own

  • Translate and distribute the pattern without written permission

  • Sell, license, or give away digital or physical copies of the pattern itself

Any permission regarding the sale of finished physical items created from a Knotty Lani pattern will be governed by the specific license terms stated in the applicable product listing or pattern.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Knotty Lani website is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Knotty Lani.

This may include:

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Product names

  • Product descriptions

  • Original crochet patterns

  • Written instructions

  • Graphics

When you voluntarily submit content directly to Knotty Lani for promotional use, tag Knotty Lani with the intention of being featured, or otherwise give us permission to repost your content, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to use, repost, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the scope of permission you provided.

We will not knowingly misrepresent your statements or falsely attribute statements to you.
