Return & Refund Policy

At Knotty Lani, each piece is created with care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, certain restrictions apply to returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
• Returned with any original packaging or tags, when applicable

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our handmade pieces. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or develops a craftsmanship-related issue within 90 days of delivery, you may be eligible for an exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us within the 90-day period and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for your exchange.

Depending on product availability and the nature of the issue, an approved exchange may be fulfilled with the same item, a replacement item of equal value, or another reasonable solution determined by Knotty Lani.

What Is Not Covered

Our damaged-goods exchange policy does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper washing, drying, or care
• Damage caused by snagging, excessive stretching, pets, sharp objects, or improper storage
• Unauthorized alterations or repairs
• Lost or stolen items
• Minor variations in stitch tension, texture, color placement, or other characteristics that naturally occur in handmade products

Because every Knotty Lani piece is handmade, slight variations and unique imperfections are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled because many Knotty Lani products are handmade or made to order and may have already entered production.

Digital Products & Crochet Patterns

All digital products, including PDF crochet patterns and downloadable content, are final sale and non-refundable once purchased or delivered.
